Rachel and Mike got ready separately and both went to Devou Park to get some great shots with the city backdrop before their wedding. The weather was a little chilly but the lighting was perfect for photographs. The couple picked out awesome details for their wedding. Rachel had a broach bouquet that matched the cake and from the feather in her hair to the jewelry, colors and wishing tree at the reception you could tell a lot of care and thought was put into every detail. Sarah and Jacob had such a special day from the moment they saw each other until the last dance. They had everything planned perfectly. I loved how they invited family and close friends to be in attendance to their wedding at Mt. Echo Park. It gave their wedding a more romantic feeling. They both had such great ideas to set their wedding apart from other weddings as well. For example at night, everyone filed out to overlook the city and lit lanterns that flew towards the sky like mini hot air balloons! I loved the colors of the wedding, they really made everyone standout in the nature scenery around them. We walked all around downtown Cincinnati to get some urban setting pictures and then had access to the art and views from the Contemporary Arts Center. Heather and Dan saw each other at her parents house before the ceremony in a private meeting spot. They were both very excited about their day and had a giant tour bus for their bridal party and family to ride on. We went to Union Terminal for photos and also Mt. Echo. It was a hot day but nice and sunny. Heather and Dan's ceremony was beautiful and was continued by a fun reception at Receptions in Erlanger, KY. Laura and Chris were a very popular couple. From the bike race at the Loveland bike trail to the golf outing at The Oasis and the family reunion at Bechtold park, everyone wanted to be where they were! They were so relaxed and enthusiastic. They picked a beatuiful spot in Bechtold park for the ceremony. It was bright and happy under the shelter to match their personalities. Sarah- Jane and Kirk were married at Meadowview Farm in Kentucky. Sarah- Jane looked beautiful in a classic wedding gown and the setting was ideal for a country wedding including a landscape of rolling hills and horses. The day was flawless (except for some questionable clouds at times) and we had a great time. The couple picked out some great creative extras for their reception including a framed window seating chart, family tree thumbprint board and really neat collage boxes holding flowers on all of the tables. My ceremony was absolutely beautiful and perfect. We decided to get married on Coronado Beach (San Diego) outside of the Hotel Del with just our immediate families, Rich's best man and Candice (White Lotus Studios photographer/ one of my best friends). We walked right onto the beach and were married at sunset. It was wonderful in every way- even when the helicopter flew loudly overhead right before our first kiss! The weather was perfect, we got some amazing photos (geez the sun goes down fast!) and everyone made a wish for us and threw stones in the water after. It was snowy but warm (luckily) and a lot of fun! Ault Park only had a few other visitors which was nice since although it is a GREAT place to shoot, it's usually pretty crowded. I am so glad the snow hadn't melted and that the Ault Park crew hadn't salted anywhere so it was really pretty. We got some fun pics throughout the park but I especially loved when Mallory and Mike got into the fountain. I was honored to be hired as the official photographer for Bill Clinton's Cincinnati private event. The event took place in a penthouse of a prominent Cincinnati couple. He was there with a team of secret service and was gracious enough to pose for photos with his biggest Cincinnati supporters. There was even enough time for me to run in and get a photo of me with the President. What an awesome event! -Kami

Courtney and Kevin were married at the pretty garden outside at Tori's Station. Courtney is a photographer herself so they were a fun (and very nice) couple to photograph! They had all different colored bridesmaids dresses and rings to match all of the colors in the dresses. There were a lot of fun detailed extras at the reception and lots of bright colors. Shereen and Ted saw each other before the ceremony at Ault Park. Since they were wed at one of the prettiest wedding locations in Cincinnati, we got a lot of great photos there. We also went to Northern Kentucky to get some shots with the skyline. Their reception was beautifully lit and they did a great job on the decorations. All of the extras that Robin added to their wedding really made the day special for the two of them. They really took into consideration each of their personalities when planning, which is what makes a wedding perfect.
